He was my ID but he was sacked by his boss midway thru the project. A pity coz I thought he was good. We issued all payments by cheque to the company, so i don't think he could embezzle.
I appointed Victor as my ID after he set up his own firm Spazio Interior Elements. Sad to say he kept asking for advances in payment ahead of schedule, personal loans, messed up my permit application and displayed no intention of starting work on the project. I have terminated our agreement and and we lost quite a huge amount of money. Please stay off this guy and don't become his next victim!

paid him cash $7700 fro my parent's flat renovation. work delayed from 12 Dec 12 and only started work on 30 Dec. it was a nightmare dealing with him. 90% of renovation were completed only mid of Jan 13... long stories short. he still owes myPD doors (already paid for) and some money. he suporsed to pay for the painting work and end up the painter came knocked at my parent;s door demanding payment, i have no choice to pay first and deal with Victor later. of course when i asked him for the refund, he has lots of excuses not to refund.
I got a call from CAD to give statement on 01 Feb 2013 after the cheque he gave me was bounced. IO told me that i am the No.8 victim, the largest amount involved so far at that time.
when i followed with IO again sometime in April, Victor was located and he has been corporating with the police regards to the case... but i was told there is no charges filed against him.. i was so disappointed...
And now he is out again to cheat people's hardear money. whats wrong with this guy!!!

This is due to cheapo find cheap rice and good deal. there is no such thing I heard of the guy cause one of my client was comparing my price with his quotation his price is 20% lower than mine. The client awarded the $100k project to him ended up, the client paid him $30K and did not do anything just some drawings and delay for 2 moths. later the client came back to me and give me the project but he spent $ 180k 60k more than I quoted...

The police ask me to lodge a report to CASE Org and this department said that my case is over 1 year so is not in a good situation for me. So for those who has been cheated money recently, hope you can go and lodge report to CASE and seek help from them before the 1 year time frame is lapse. I have no way to get back my money. I filed a report wth the police just today! Unfortunately we also fell victim to his scam under Espace Creative concepts company. He has our 90% payment - it's absolutely amazing someone like him is still out there able to cheat people off their honest money...

Singapore needs laws to address contractors like him. There's too many people out there taking money for renovation work and then not doing any of the work promised and somehow this is not considered "stealing" because it's done by under the disguise of a "business." This Victor should be caned and jailed.

I think he must have already heard about this existing blog during one of the meeting with the police. Since no case against him, he can be bold and arrogant going around to the same thing till today.
To the next victim who intends to made a police report, try doing the following; 1. Show the police this blog. Request to consolidate all cases and a case against it. 2. If police still insist no case, go see your MP. it would be good if K Shanmugan is your MP. 3. If MP is able to help, I suggest you go BIG TIME i.e. to the PRESS! 4. Email this blog to The Straits Times / Chinese paper / Newpaper. Get their personal email on the respective papers.

To the police, go up to your superior and go thru the cases one more time. This is no longer a regular report. Look into the Modus Operandi of this SCUMBAG. He is an Ex-Convict probably doing the same or related crime.
